History...What if? #2

Do you ever just think about random stuff? Like what if your mom and dad had never met? Or what if you were a part of the opposite gender? "What if world" is kind of a dangerous world to continually be in. But, some things are pretty funny and really take some imagination to picture.

What if Benjamin Franklin had been too scared to go outside and stand there in the storm, waiting for lightning to strike?

Or what if...

Benjamin Franklin had gone out there and waited and waited and waited for that lightning... Then, SIZZLE!! He was electrocuted right out of his socks and died right there with his hair in a big frazzle, his fried kite blazing next to him. It would have just scared everybody right outta their wits!!

Answers...???

1.  Everybody would have been too frightened to every try the experiment again and,
2. We'd still be wandering around in the darkness, not really sure of what to do with our poor pitiful selves!!

JUST THINK of all the things we wouldn't have if Benjy Frankle hadn't started his little experiment with electricity!!
There'd be no...

• light (obviously)
• hair dryers
• curlers, curlings irons, or wands
• gas stoves
• gas fireplaces
• fans (unless they were made or battery)
• stereos
• laptops
• computers
• which means no internet
• which in turn means no PECULIAR TREASURES!!! HOW HORRID!!!

There's so much more I could name but I'm getting depressed just thinking about it. :-/ SO, I'm just going to leave it at that and let y'all imagine the rest;)
